Membership may commence at any time during the school year. This requires completing the online enrollment process and paying the annual dues with cash, check or online.

You must choose if you will be enrolling as a Full Member, Associate Member, or First Steps Member:

• CCHSA Full Membership Form:. Full members receive voting rights and leadership eligibility.

• Associate Membership Form: Associate members do not have voting rights and are not eligible for leadership positions within CCHSA.

• First Steps Membership Form: First Steps members do not have voting rights, are not eligible for leadership positions within CCHSA, and whose oldest child is under the age of compulsary attendance.

Please take the time to read the above membership forms. During your enrollment process, you will be asked for a membership option. Simply check Full, Associate, or First Steps.

Membership applications are reviewed by the board for approval and must be renewed annually. This is a private organization and membership may be revoked if the member family does not comply with the group Policies and Procedures.  Also, review CCHSA's Constitution and By-Laws.  A response will be sent to the email address that you provide on the membership form once payment is received and your request is reviewed.
